Not writing this post for bashing any station. But it seems Ludhiana station ( along with its sub stations) are the worst handlers of the Jammu bound trains. No matter whether train come right time or not but train will never depart from Ludhiana Jn on time. This treatment is more for train which are going toward Jammu. Just take todays example, Malwa Express ( 12919) which got two hours late in Ludhiana. Another example prestigious Swaraj Express came at 10:42 am and departed at 11:18 am. If you take arrival departure history, you will observe none of Jammu bound trains in day depart right time from Ludhiana. Some people may say that its due to traffic congestion, if that is the case then why it doesn't happen with Ambala station. Does fellow IRI members knows why this happen everyday for Jammu bound trains.

I have also observe NGP-ASR Spl always depart late, many time halt for 1 hour and more than 1 hr also
I also posted this once for GKP ASR jansadharan SF. It is also halted for 30m-1h no matter what time it arrives 2h or 4h late while actual halt is supposed to be of 10m
There is loco change of mentioned train ldh junction.also there is huge congestion of freight which causes train to stop at outer.Also after the track sectioned for 130 mps regular maintenance of track started which causes speed restrictions and further add to delays
Are u asking for a particular day or in general.arrival/departure history saying different thing then you.trains already running late 2 to 4 hrs when they arrive at ludhiana.check urself
