This is jst a fake new.. how can ppl think ki distence 400 km km ho jayega..barwadih se katni 532 km hai via singrauli.. and katni se chirmiri 252 km hai or chirmiri se barwadih 202 km line banni hai to altimatly distence to bs 130 km hi reduce hoga..and agr singrauli route me obra bypass ke trough train pass hoti hai to ye or v km sir 500 km hi rh jayega...us line ki dubling and electification dono start ho chiki hai to chirmiri barwadih to bs coal lane ke liye bn rhi hai hawrah mumbai rote ki passenger train ke liye iska koi use ni hoga...

If railway realy want to reduce howrah mumbai distence they just do two things first construct new line between namkum and kandra 80-90 km and second renukute to singrauli 40-45 km this will reduce cstm nad howrah distence by 150 km. Importent chij ki ranchi v is route me directly ayega.. jisse passengers v millenge..

Exact/final location of a new railway line is decided on the basis of many factors like the shortest distance, anticipated traffic, geographical terrain etc. The hilly terrain make construction of new line and then further operation &maintenance of trains a much more difficult, time consuming and costly affair. Ranchi has a disadvantage of being located on hilly terrain in this regard. Else importannt city like Ranchi would have been served by a main rly line.

Ya its true but i m talking abt new line construction namkum kandra alreasy senctioned olnly construction requied and and it it will shorter distence between two and howrah to tata is main line only namkum kandra may be tarian only 90 km..
