With two Rakes Gaya - Chennai Egmore Express should run 3 days in a week so that more people will get more convenient and also its true time should be changed. Early 5 Am in the morning is very odd to start such a long Journey.
When we know that from delhi many passengers for this region comes then Garib Rath should run atleast 3 days in a week or if feasible can run daily and extend it till Patna for 3 days.

Double Decker should be extended to make it commercial viable.
Double Dekker is a high capacity train and to make commercial viable it needs to be filled at least 75% daily to run in profit or minimal loss that is 800+ travellers which is difficult in most routes in India. As now we have LHB coaches that can run at high speed a train with ac chair cars and general sitting should be introduced with running time of 6-6.5 hrs leaving gaya at 600 and returning at 2130.
Intercity train between Gaya and Kolkata would be better than double decker.
