कानपुर : इंदौर-राजेंद्रनगर (पटना) एक्सप्रेस ट्रेन के स्पीड पकड़ते ही एस-2 कोच तेजी से लहराने लगता था। ऐसा लग रहा था कि कोच का एलाइनमेंट ठीक नहीं था। ये बातें हैलट में भर्ती रेलवे के इंजीनियरिंग विभाग से सेवानिवृत्त गैंगमैन परमाकांत झा ने रेल पुलिस के डीजी गोपाल गुप्ता को सोमवार को निरीक्षण के दौरान बताईं। वह इंदौर-पटना एक्सप्रेस में इंदौर से सवार हुए थे।1बिहार के दरभंगा जिले के बड़की तरौनी, थाना बहेड़ा के मूल निवासी परमाकांत झा उज्जैन में रेलवे के इंजीनियरिंग विभाग में तैनात थे। इंदौर के गुलमोहर बाग कालोनी, एमआर-5 में घर भी बनवा लिया है। रेलवे से बीते 30 अक्टूबर को ही सेवानिवृत्त हुए हैं। जरूरी काम से बिहार स्थित अपने पैतृक घर जाने को पटना तक
रिजर्वेशन कराया था। उनकी बर्थ एस-2 कोच के 71-72 नंबर आरएसी में थी, जबकि इंदौर के चौपाल विहार निवासी साथी रामू की बर्थ 63 थी। उन्होंने बताया कि शनिवार शाम ट्रेन उज्जैन से चार-पांच किलोमीटर आगे बढ़ी ही थी। जैसे ही ट्रेन स्पीड पकड़ती कोच तेजी से लहराने (हिलने) लगता। स्पीड कम होते ही लहराना बंद हो जाता था। इससे प्रतीत हो रहा था कोच के एलाइनमेंट में दिक्कत थी। इससे लगता है कि कोच की फिटनेस एवं मेंटीनेंस ठीक नहीं थी।

Now one more report!! the coach was defective at Ujjain i.e. only 80 km away from originating station Indore. This one is right from the horse's mouth. The recently retired gangman is the right person to speak of the technical defect.
Now a new and strong possibility, was the defect already there when train started from the originating station?? Was there any Maintenance and inspection of the train at INDB before giving clearance for a 1500 km long journey to PNBE? or the defect developed in the only 80km run from INDB to UJN? So a defective train has at least ran from UJN-BPL-JHS-Accident site i.e. over 600kms. How long even the Gods can save the train?

Last month I traveled from Kanpur to Delhi by Unchahar Express. Train was running late by 1 hour. I generally never sleep at night while I travel. When the train crossed Aligarh, I noticed that the speed of train was too high and the coach was vibrating too much, I mean more than normal, and I guess the speed of the train was 110 km/h or above. It was a conventional coach and I thought that these coaches are not fit for high speed run. I was scared so much that I started praying for safe journey and prayed till I reached my destination.
