i think its important that IR tries to phase out cash transactions at counters.
1- start having card accepting machines at PRS counters
2- start selling unreserved ticket online in an easy way by simple clicks of button instead of cumbersome Reservation process. because in unreserved u just need to enter from, to and pay money without entering name and all

few trains that can have bookings only in card. For example, rajdhani, durontos, 1AC in all trains can have bookings only from card. Even now on November 8, lots of 1AC tickets were booked with black money.
4- luggage and goods transport payments to be done only in card. this would eliminate lots of corruption.
5- Maybe a simpler rule where any transaction above 5000 INR can be done only through card. This would actually make IR safe from any mass use of black money. We hear of trains being booked for political rallies. That won't be possible if the party's money is unaccounted.
