No limit but limit can be guessed by calculating average count CNF+RAC x Passenger weight + permissible luggage weight + extra weight if any.

They maximum axle load limit for passenger coaches is 16 tonnes. You can calculate the maximum payload for the coaches based on this and the weight of the individual coach.
Also, ICF coaches shells can handle about 40 tonnes of vertical force, so the load limit is quite high for normal passenger operations.
