Due to election effect many new train is inaugurated from many UP cities and even first humsafar started due to election effect and even now many ICF trains are getting LHB rakes within record time so i want to ask whether for introduction of any train or allotment of LHB or any new type train introduction can only be done if in whole IR any particular state have elections coming/scheduled for a particular year/month??

Bt sahi h.. bt bhto ko yha ye baat chubhegi. Kyuki unhe lgta h k ye sb humlog nhi smjhte. LHB hr trn ki hona hi h kvi na kvi.. isme koi doubt nhi. I truly miss those years when RB was the solo time for new train announcement. Mid-year announcements demonstrate a greater role of politics that needs to be curbed.
Ye curb nhi ho skta. Jesa lg rha h. Politicians ne IR ko apni jaagir smjh liya h. Ab sbhi jaante h k UP, Bihar k elections me hmesha kya hota h. Sbse jyada dhaandhli, sbse jyada lok lubhawan announcements inhi states k elections me hote h.. aur voters v apna bhala nhi dekhke kuch announcements k base pe vote de dete h.. kyuki politicians v jaante h k UP n Bihar (i m mentioning specially) ko hr election me 2-4 new trns dedo, kuch naye roads dedo.. bs apne aap votes aa jayenge. Buniyadi suvidha sudhaarne ki taraf kisika v koi intention hi nhi h. Sb lalu, mamta etc etc RMs ko bolte h, MoS Manoj Sinha ji ne to saari hadein hi paar krdi h.
