Taxi pe to kahi bhi chad sakte hai, Gareeb tourists toy train me kaise chadenge? Govt. Ko fare low rekhna chahiye taaki Gareeb or Saadharan tourists bhi is train me travel ker Indian Railways ki rich heritage ko deekh sake, wo heritage hi Kya jise kewal ammer mehsoos mer sake.
Maintain kaun karega us heritage ko? By that logic Air India should offer Mumbai Delhi flights for 100 rupees. Coz wo aeronautical advancement hi kya jise kewal ameer mehsoos kar sake.
Railway aam aadmi ki sawari hai flight nahi. BTW Air travel bhi kewal rich or privileged tak simit na reh jaye isliye Govt be UDAN scheme launch kiya hai or Railway Jo ki mango people ki sawari hai wo elitist ho gaya yahan.
"even 1200 per ticket isn't a profitable deal for them" - This is Surprising, but nonetheless, it could be True. But I guess a few months back, or at least a year back the FC charges were in hundreds like perhaps INR 400 -500. So, I was amazed by this STEEP hike in fares.
FC Fare is high here bcoz only rich people travel in it whereas in MTP-UAM passenger is cheap as Janta board it... see the UR coach of MTP-UAM passenger and you'll understand.
