Yes unless they give preference for these trains they might not work out well for the public...
It will definitely work out for passengers as well as fo Railway too, only thing which is required is better route selection. Start an Antayodaya from every Major city or Bihar & East UP and I can guarantee you that not a single seat will remain empty irrespective of the season.

Let see how its works out...Earlier Jansadharan in this route was a failure.
yes its having odd timings. Reaching MAS at that time is not helps many. May be a good train for KGP-VSKP travelers.
