It is just not about freight revenue. The operating ratio of SER is much better and the punctuality is also really good. I have personally seen small stations under ADRA division and every station has elevated platforms and sheds unlike many other zonal stations where you see no light, platform, shed and grasses on ground platforms. What is proper terminus ? SER is not about HWH only, all divisions together make one complete zone . The score is not dependent on just a proper terminus but other important factors as well. The new complex is of SER in HWH just like NER has 3 platforms at BSB which technically falls under NR and LKO division.

more... GKP with all the possible facilities will never help NER to be a top performer even after having a proper terminal like GKP. There small halts and stations are in pathetic state and operating ratio is poor as well , passenger earning may be only saving grace.
