Now after drill down a lot, i got the trick.
The lower fare is due to the less popularity of a higher class and in OFF-Season/Off peak Days.

The base is same as 2345 for the date 22-10-2011 which indicates the lesser fare concept in th ePeak/Off-Peak days.
