I am writing this post for serious concern that why and how maximum coaches of these trains are not from their zone! Why other zones are giving their coaches to these 2 zones? In flight, it is said, "Help yourself first, before helping others". Why not these zones convert their trains to LHB first and then help other zone. And if the point of "allocation" comes, then why zone wise allocation of coaches? Then we can have "IR" written on coaches like how they wrote "IR" on boundary poles near railway tracks, erasing the previously zonal wise "CR/NR/etc".

22857/58/93/94 :- Non AC coaches were of ECR, NFR and CR.
12869/70/22853/54 :- AC coaches (PC too) were of SER but Non AC coaches comprised of NR, CR and ECR coaches.
12357/58/19/20 :- 3-4 coaches were fo NER.
12329/30/79/80 :- Almost all coaches were fine except one or two, where I saw CR coaches.
Main question is, will they really interchange the coaches after ER/SER getting its Non AC coaches? Do ER/SER pay any revenue to CR/NR/ECR/NFR/NER for using coaches of their zones?
