Happened this evening. Let me describe about STUPID behaviour of people.
While I was travelling in Gujarat Queen this evening, there was a Mahapurush in our bogie. He boarded in from Maninagar. God knows what he was up to. After a normal 2 min stop, the train which already was close to 10 mins late, accelerates through Maninagar. Suddenly he realises that he didnot have his bag.
NOW COMES THE AMAZING PART... what he did next was BIZARRE!
This
...

great man pulled the chain. HE STILL HAD MORE TO OFFER..
He got down and ran right up to the place where he forgot his bag which might have been some 200 mtrs from the place where our bogie had a halt!
Mean while the train started again but now it was his friend who again pulled the chain with the help of some people. The train again stopped and now the helpless train driver had to come right up to our bogie to know what was going on... After some 3 - 4 minutes the mahapurush returned with the bag. Also following him was a group of RPF people along with the guard. There was some drama and every body was eager to know about the happenings there. I guess he had to pay a hefty fine. This added 10 more minutes to the delay.
Finally a looonnggg typical P - 5 honk and we start our journey.
Who ever he was, he deserves an Award !!!
Ek bag ke liye is Aadmi ne puri train rokdii.....
And the train was 25min behind the schedule.
But imagine if it was a country like Japan. Those people are particular about every single minute which causes minimal delay to the commuter trains there in Japan.
PEOPLE REALLY NEED TO GROW UP
(Still confused as to where to post this...

These days, every other day, we are getting requests from members to allow email login to their FB-based IRI account. 10 years ago, we had given the option for users to login through FaceBook - in retrospect, this was a mistake. These days, apparently, users are quitting FaceBook in droves because...
