Only Krishnagiri and Dharmapuri does nt have direct train connection to Chennai.
Im really wondering what is he blaming in SR despite these much intra connections with in the state

You should be thank full to SR for opertating trains at good time within TN, unlike SWR, which gives priority for Inter state than Intra State :
SWR can proove its identity if it does following work completetly :
* YPR - Bidar (Extension upto MYS)
*Speeding up of 12725 and 12726...(High time the train is not speededup and more stoppages have been added)...
