if you are using a slot on a train atleast use it to full extent. PNVL anyways can't handle many train as a terminus, and this is how they waste the opportunity given :/

Meanwhile still they are issuing waitlist ticket 763WL issued in GNWL & 86WL In tatkal adding upto a total of 849 WL
Just wanted to know that is PQWL waiting list seats are different from GNWL. They have link with each other or not
people are also desperate and dont mind paying the cancellation charge
