slack time would be reduced a lot, every year the cost of doubling is keeping on increasing and the estimates goes high.
Even the Cuddapah , Gooty- guntakal-DMM- Hindupur should also be electrified.
Metro MAS- CSTM are still running on single track .. , which are of very high priority
and even the SBC- DMM is also single..

There is new line in finishing stage from Vishnupuram to Jaggayapeta.
If its completed then Train can take shortest route from SC-BZA.
SC-Nalgonda-Vishunupuram-Jaggayyapeta-Madhira-Bza its just 300 km shorter than GNT route.....

Yes AP neglected by railways always in new tracks and doubling. The 3/4 th largest populated state which is having poor infra in india is only AP. Only 18% tracks laid that to 80% track laid post Independence.
