u can not take the duplicate ticket until and unless it comes to RAC. Now it is waiting list.

after your ticket comes to RAC u have to approach to CRS of reservation counter, with a written request to issue duplicate ticket. you have to give xerox copy of your photo ID card. he will issue the duplicate ticket after collecting charges as follows :

You would need to wait till the status atleast reaches RAC or becomes confirmed!
aaj kal jo bhi nayi train start ho rahi hai uska AVG speed kafi kam rakh rahi hai sarkar .kyun woh hamko ullu samajhte hai kya???hum logo ke pas mind nahi hai ka???
