Friends i would like to share my experience of travelling on 12407 new jalpaiguri - amritsar karmabhoomi express on KIR-MFP section. The train left kir @12:15 hrs and reached mfp @ 15:35. In between it had two stoppages in khagaria and samastipur of around 15 mins each and in less than 3 n half hours it covered a distance of 263 kms. This train was crossing all the major stations in between at an speed of around 100 kmph which is great in this section where trains used to crawl at an speed of 50/60 kmph. This train has all unreserved coaches and even one can find vacant seats and will recommend this train who are a frequent traveler on this section. I have even traveled by other superfast trains on this section including rajdhani but this was a memorable and life time experience.

SC duranto able to complete the journey in 21hr 30 min..so i think this train with all AC also running with same fast. Any ways is this train stopped at KZJ.

yes it did but because of no signal but it departed within a minute. I got down thinking it would stop for 5 mins but didn't and i would hv missed d train as it picked up speed quickly and mine is second last coach.

If you have a GPS enabled smartphone then search for any speedometer like app for your app on google or like Google Play or OVI store, etc.
