Sir i think u know that nearly 300 buses damaged in Hyb and 40 crore loss for Apsrtc. And these 40 crores they are not going to recover from these so called politicians. And they will hike a few more rupees to the ticket. Thanks to these agitations just two years back only 7 rs was ticket between Tada and Sullurpet. Now it is 12 to 14 rs. This is just for the 13 kms stretch. And these officers have excuse for Ticket hike. And thanks to Railways first it was 6 Rs now 2 Rs.

The political parties to which these politicians are attached to, need to pay up and this candidate will not be eligible to contest again. If they hide under the garb of they did not do it or are not aware, then the pary has to still pay for it.
They cannot run away from being responsible for the mess they create due to these agitations.

Rajasekhar, I am afraid you are quite naive if you trust politicians and our public representatives to enact such a bill. A Supreme Court Ruling to this effect already exists on PAPER but is observed MORE IN THE BREACH. Coming to IR, I feel that wherever there is RAIL ROKO or destruction of rail property, there should be TOTAL STOPPAGE OF RAILWAY SERVICES in that route/region/station for periods ranging from 3 to 7 days. After all MERA BHARAT MAHAN is a democratic country and PEOPLE and POLITICAL PARTIES have the FUNDAMENTAL RIGHT to DO ANYTHING/ ANYWHERE/ANYTIME. After all it is not CHINA/USA where the authorities can SHOOT AT SIGHT or DISPERSE persons squatting on roads/ rail tracks or indulging in wanton destruction of public property.

We need to change the rules of the game. They make money and they destroy and not pay for it.

In China/Usa politicians have a clear cut idea on issues, they even don't drag issues for 4-5 years with fake promises. I feel if every thing fine, no one will come to road for every 2 months and waste their money, time.
