The train could have the following timings. SBC-HOSPET intercity exp....and slip coaches from Chamarajanagar get added at arsikere.
SBC: 0700
Tumkur: 0815
Arsikere:1000(coaches from CMNR gets added here)
Birur: 1100
Chikajur :1200
Chitradurga: 1245
Rayadurg : 1400
Bellary: 1445
Hospet : 1535.

Though your idea looks good, it is taking more time to reach Hospet from Bangalore which people may not like. Also, with this much travel time, it can't reach Bangalore back on the same day which means two set of rakes needs to be used for to and fro journey. Instead, if slip coaches can be arranged for 56909 from Mysore, it will be of great help.
