But what Mr. MST has told is also correct. Maybe it depends on the train and class.
As requested the words appearing in W Rly TT page C 12 under Status of Ticket is " The reservation status will be indicated on your tkt. If your tkt is confirmed, your coach no. & berth no. will be mentioned on your tkt. If your tkt is RAC or WL the same will be mentioned on your tkt. In certain cased your tkt will show CKWL [Tatkal] RLWL [ Roadside Waiting List] or PQWL [ Pool Quota Waiting List] instead of WL. This denotes that you have been included in the Roadside or Pool Quota waiting list as against the general waiting list. During confirmation of Waitlist RLWL or PQWL gets confirmed after general waiting list. "

I know RL quota also has RAC, but "this particular RL quota" does not have any RAC. It is very evident from the booking status of passenger 2 itself, else he could have been given "RAC 1" as status.
