But wisefully SCR has just converted one of existing regular MMTS trains as MB Ladies Special. As a result without any increase in number of ladies commuters the train goes almost empty with hardly 25% utilisation with empty seats where as gap between two regulars for general passengers has increased to 70 to 80 minutes on both direction on peak hours leaving male passengers standered at all stations. As a result the MMTS Train like 47155 (FM-LPI MMTS) in morning hours and 47190 (LPI-FM) in evening hours gets extreamly over crowded at all stations. The ladies coaches in EMU rakes has slight colour difference with Red strap on top of door to differentiate between ladies and general coaches. The EMU /MMTS rakes are in multiples of 3 ie 6 or 9 or 12 and each combination of 3 coaches one is ladies cum first class & Handicapted passengers. In other words any 9 coaches of EMU /MMTS rakes of any Railway will 3 such coaches meant for ladies/First class/PH passengers ie every 2nd , 5th and 8th coach of any EMU/MMTS rakes.
