With respect to /pnr/post/270659, after having cancelled my ticket, my friend got upgraded to 1AC. He came to Howrah from Gomoh by Chambal Express. I went to the station around 8:45 to receive him and then we had some conversations outside the station. When we entered the station, we saw Duronto parked at Platform 21. The train left right on time. However it had various unscheduled halts (The maximum being at Cuttack for 15 mins). As told by my friend, there were many such halts after the train had entered Tamil Nadu. While in Karnataka, the train stopped at Bangarpet for 12 mins. My friend got down there and made his way to one of his friend's house.
Food quality according to him was pretty good. We had both travelled in 1st AC together 2-3 months back. The only addition in the meny was a fish item being included in the starters. Rest was the same as usual.
