Yes your ticket is confirmed.. RLGN means Remote list general waitlist.Most likely, your journey on ticket starts from a station which is not the originating station for the train. That is why its called RLGN

Thanks for the prompt reply. Yes, the journey starts from intermediate station, Rajamundry. you were saying RLGN means Remote list general waitlist, and you were saying it is confirmed. How does a waiting list get confirmed and berths allotted even before chart preparation.
