Indiarailinfo is now forcing me to download a Firefox App to be able to get fare/seat availability information. The app is very poorly designed and occupies a whole lot of browser real estate. But disabling the app means I can no longer check fare/availability.
I do not think IndiaRailInfo should force its users to download and use its app. Atleast the app should be minimally invasive - read, should hide in a corner and be invoked when needed - if it is compulsory to install the app.
Thoughts of other users are welcome.

We have been getting good info about Indian Railways, it's functions, operations and reservation system. I was very impressed with the volume of info that was getting generated and the members sharing the info, including technical matters, policy matters, etc. But there is some change in the last few days.
What exactly is the problem with the site that we are not able to access all the info that we have had access earlier? And how long does it take to rectify the problem? Was the site unofficially getting the info by hacking into the official website of Indian Railways? Perhaps the group owner/manager/moderator can share the info with the member.
