Stripe get addition with time Could u plz explain on that?? The Purpose of STRIP ADDITION... ??? LOL...this is the funniest thing I have ever heard "Stripe get addition with time" It is not our forum where * gets added to the name when someone is made the admin. Rail Coach Factory,Kapurthala and Bareilly(recently) rolls out EOG with the paint as its in the rest of the rake.If it is Shatabdi, its blue, if Rajdhani, its blue with red. They are not sent back to factory to get red stripes. Also, the shade is somewhat different. its not the same... we are not talking about other coaches, but I think the rake with "yellow" stripes are the original LHB coaches built in Germany..i will update after I ask a couple of friends about that... Could u plz archieve this blog as this has gone too lengthy and start a new blog and discuss on same topic...Thanks. New addition do have change & time to time the strip gets added into new coaches!! (LHB Shatabdi with & without yellow strip_New Rake got new strip addition) Further, POH is something, which made all red livery coaches blue one!! I think u guyz are confined to one way of thinking & took addition to only the way, u can think!! Keep ur fun on Original LHB Rake were of Lucknow Swarna Shatabdi & they are long back!! The one in pic are brand new flashing rake!! A coach is labeled 99852. What does it indicate? Wow ! You are so good at jokes....what do you mean by red livery coaches into blue ones? Red Livery is for Rajdhani and I have never seen blue Rajdhani till now..maybe you could show us one ! If you are telling about normal coaches, let me tell you that Red/maroon coaches had Vacuum brakes and the blue ones(present ) have Air brake. So when they changed the rakes,obviously they would change livery too...nothing to do with POH...POH is just a bigger maintenance. IR wanted to make all coaches Air brakes. LHB are newer technology(not actually) so they have got a different livery than normal AB rake. Rajdhani and Shatabdi's have different livery to distinguish them and also because Shatabdi's have sitting accommodation and Rajdhani has A/c sleeper... And please try... Read more... Red Livery to Blue for Mail/Express. Some were new Coach while most were repainted during POH!! The discrimination u telling about was done @ POH!! Still u will find Coaches older & belonging to Red Era!! And thats just an example that @ POH, many things happen to the old coaches!! Grow up man. Blog Entry Archived. Discussion going in other way.
