Blog Entry# 319601 Posted: Jan 04 2012 (5:27PM) No Responses Yet I have traveled by this train on 02nd Jan 2012. The quality of service by Railways is going down very badly. Right from the announcement of train details at the station to cleanliness, Railways has a long way to go. Issues I have noticed are like this... authorities provide wrong information about the arrival platforms (at Palghat Junction this time), travelling by lower class (there was no 2T AC and passengers who booked in 2TAC were to travel in 3TAC) and poorly maintained compartments etc.... list goes on.... when are we going to address these basic requirements? |
