i think when indian rail set a time for a train then the train have enough capacity to maintain the time table ........... i also think that after a lot of experiment they do that..... so when a train late 5 or 10 min u dont think that this train have no capacity to maintain this time................

12345 Saraighat express is not taking 3 hr 10min from howrah to Rampurhat.
And no trains from RPH to HWH at 4.50am.so officialy the debate is concluded.
