Even New Alipurduar Station is also in 1st Floor.The Waiting Room,Dormitory,Unreserved Ticket Counters,PRS Counters,Crew Booking Lobby,ASM,SS Office etc arein the Ground Floor,whereas PF#1,2,RPF Barrack,Goods Booking Office,Jan Aahar Stall & many vendor shops are in the First Floor.This is nothing new.
NJP & SGUJ Stations are more peculiar.Someone if been to Siliguri would know at least.
