This is a question regarding booking a lower berth quota ticket through irctc when the general quota for the corresponding class has "no room".
I am trying to book a ticket that is eligible for booking under "Lower berth quota". The ticket availability status shows that a lower berth quota ticket is available for the travel. However there is no room for general quota tickets for the same journey and its status shows as REGRET/WL. Through IRCTC, I am not able to book the ticket available under "Lower berth quota" as it does not allow booking for the travel because the "General" quota has no room. How could I get over this problem?

It has been observed that a dozen or so IRI Admins/Members are very active on Facebook, Whatsapp, Twitter, and other social networks, engaging in abusive and non-decorous conduct.
