because eastern india is the most populous and most dense part of the nation...bengal,bihar and up form the bulk of agricultural products suppled to the entire nation...jharkhand forms the bulk of the mineral supplied to the whole country...starting from stone chips...minerals..food articles..milk products..eastern india(bihar,up,jharkhand and bengal is way above the other regions)...but still all trains and all resources need not go to a certain region and it should and it is divided proportionately as per the current scenario

I think you are completely confused regarding train names and for which state/region they are meant to be.....Karnataka Express is a property of SWR and is run by SWR (South Western Railways).....This Train is meant for benefits of people of Karnataka (Bangalore).....

The new IRI logo can now be seen. Actually, we are reluctant to make changes to the logo (for the sake of recognizability and consistency), but some very slight modification was done this time. Here is the post-facto rationalization of the logo: . 1. The Chakra is the Wheel symbolizing Transportation/Travel which...

There was some persistent glitch, requiring us to stop and restart all the servers. This led to a 30 minute outage. Really sorry about that. Thanks for everyone's patience.

Over the last month, several enhancements have been made to the IRI Atlas. Following are the salient points: . 1. Previously, the tracks were crude with many straight line segments. Only on clicking on the individual tracks, it would assume a finer form. Now, the tracks are refined even on the overview...

-@all: There's been this recent concern raised by many about the so-called "race blogs", and how they are congesting the Forum. As per our long-standing policy, members are allowed to blog freely, so long as their posts are not offensive or of a repetitive spam nature. . Accordingly, the following changes are being...
