Take a photo from your mobile and submit it to IR Grievance along with your PNR.
Also u can submit complaint at the Alighting Station with the Station Manager and complaining against the Non-Availability of Complaint Book with the name of the TTE itself and the cockroach incident.

Everybody, PLEASE NOTE DOWN THIS NUMBER FOR COMPLAINTS EVEN TRAVELLING OR LATER ALSO: 08121281212 mentioning Train, PNR and short sms detailing what is wrong where: it can be water shortage, unclean seats, bedsheets, cleanliness, ticketless travel etc. This can done on the running of the train. At the next available station (when train is running) staff will take care. Train may also be detained if need be.
