In reply i got "The maximum permissible load for Train No 12539 Yesvantpur-Lucknow is 18 coaches. Hence, it is not feasible to attach extra 3AC coach by this train. Due to shortage of Pantry car coach on this Railway, it is not feasible to attach pantry car for the present"

I am all for 3AC coach and pantry car, i support yours view to include both.....but since this is a weekly train the railways might have considered to not add them

Now a days when the locos are sufficient to Pull a 20-24 carriages, its shocking to get such a reply that the load allowable is just 18... So bad from railways

i am also not able to understand their reply..this train is hauled by
LKO WDM3A / ET WDM3D from lko to et and ET WAM4 from itarsi to ypr
These locos can only pull 18 coaches.
