I checked the coach details, it was manfactured in 90's and all charging points in the cabin's were blocked with playwood, in some cabins 3 pin charging not working only 2 pins were working..Lot of problems..How to send this issue to ECOR?

I have one SCR contact no where we need to send complain as msg but not sure whether it will works if i complaint about ECOR to the same number
