They should think of extending KCG-MAS to TVC via TEN-NCJ
And also add new trains from KCVL/TVC to SBC, HYB/SC, MAS, LTT/CSTM, ADI, HWH etc.
And consider extension of ERS-SBC trains, mathsyagandha, mangala lkd, marusagar, ALLP-Dhanbad-slip Tata to TVC/QLN/KCVL

Since all trains distance between TVC and ED via ERS n NCJ-TEn are almost equal, with the latter being lesser, trains terminating at ERS should ne extended to TVC once gauge conversion is done
More trains from TVC via NCJ -ED shud be considered
Connection to CLT/CAN/KGQ/MAQ should be as strong as tht between TVC/NCJ/ERS/TCR to other parts of the country.
