as rail budget comes nearer, all the rail fans are anticipating new train announcements and other good things.we all know IR short of funds this time and to lessen the burden they r going to advance ARP by 120 days (a good move). as there r more serious railfans out there, lets pour suggestions on how IR can increase profitability and get funds via other route??? (leave fancy train announcements apart and focus more on small technicals).
1.one suggestion on my part is to convert Yuva trains to short distance shatabdi trains.
2.increase cost of platform ticket to 10 (which is not much) which i think will not be opposed understanding the harassment we get into while not having change.
