Sir, IR is not maintaining a small state, they are spread all over India, for converting all the old coaches to LHB is not a easy thing that could be done in 1 day or 1 year, it will take many years.

True.I remember travelling by Karnataka Exp 12 years back.it was very well maintained then.IR can consider replacement .
