Yes, always full through out the Year....
Earlier this train used to run between Ratlam to Lukhnow, later this train extended to BCT at one end & Gorakhpur/Muzaffarpur to other end.

CSTM is very far off for WR region stations. So this train is always full and waitlisted. So new train Like I mentioned can be started
