first thing is that you can'nt do booking at a low cost or at discount.Go to website irctc.co.in
Get yourself registered and book the ticket online,it will cost you 10-50rs(depending on which bank card you are using) more including the ticket fare. or you can directly approach to the reservation counter to get your ticket without any extra charge.

if he undertakes Break Journey at HWH from Puri(502 kms), he will be entitled to buy a continuous Journey ticket for date on or not later than 22/3 if his DOJ from Puri is 20/3.
