No we cannot go with personal exp. Some times our observations are wrong. I feel an ICF get more preference. I am fine with those timings. 5-10 min lates are common in railways.

IF it is a SF Intercity Express and given highest priorty only...the train NS - RU can be proposed .
Its better to propose a intercity express from RJY to BZA via BVRT

Total 14 day trains in for AP,1 for Maharastra(scr division train)
SCR had only 12 Intercity Express( 4 were SF among them),SR - 1 Jan shatabdi,ECoR - 1 Intercity Superfast, CR - 1 Shatabdi.
correct me if i am wrong
