NO NO IT IS NOT FLAT RATE.... IT IS PER KM BASIS...
1. FIND OUT TOTAL KILOMETERS BETWEEN SBC AND GHY
2. APPLY THE ABOVE PRICE RISE FORMULA
3. ADD THE AMOUNT TO THE EXISTING FARE
4. YOU WILL GET INCREASED FARE

I think there must be some conditions.For shorter Journey,fare will be more.For 2992 km Journey(SBC to GHY),are the passengers ready to pay Rs 150/- extra in GN SL class ticket?Isnt this too much?

Ya presently SBC to GHY 2992 km.Fare Rs 591/-(Booking from PRS)(Rs 601+Payment Gateway Charges in case Booked from IRCTC).So if 5 paise/km increased fare,then increased fare=(0.05*2992)=Rs 149.60.So total Fare Rs 751.60/-This is too much.Congress is definitely going to loose next Elections.

For Rajdhani class People Rs 150 much is not a big deal.But for Ordinary People,who travels in SL Class,This is too much increase.My next vote goes to Samajwadi Party.I cant give votes to Congress.Sorry RM :(
