I would like to know how many waiting list seats can be cleared at the time of chart preparation (i.e release of quotas, etc etc) in SECOND AC class from VASCO to DUVVADA. I have a ticket booked on this train (PNR Forum Entry# 368838) on which the WL status hasnt changed even today.
