I have booked a 5 tickets in 12102,bt c my bad luck no one has got lower or middle berth,all have got side upper...whn i chcked the site its shws 51 seats avail in 3ac bt whn i booked the tickets i got all the side uppers...
i think u have not given option as side lower that why u got side upper....
if u want you may cancel it and book it giving side lower as option...

i have given the options regarding side upper n lower,lower,middle n upper,bt haven't got such seats..
you can go to PRS counter and request the clerk to book your ticket as per your choice of seats. and later cancel this e-ticket.
