Whenever any loco is given to a shed, they need to check with short trains first!! if a WAP-7 is given to RPM, they check its hauling power with a passenger train.
Now if RPM gets a WAP-7, then GT, n other SWR trains will get this most probably!!
LGD's 2-3 horses will return back to stable!!

WAP-7 is mostly given to SF trains!! and that too regular daily ones!! the weeklies are often considered as the 2nd choice!!

I don't agree with your this reason, because if andaman gets it rest of days the loco can be used for some weekly express or short running durontos like MAS-CBE
