Most chances that the TTE will allow you to travel with kids.. Also the co passengers has to agree... If the confirmed seats during chart preparation, u both get a coupe, then the permission of co passengers wont be an issue.. But the sole thing.. TTE has to agree and i dont see any chance the TTE wont say NO as they are kids :)

Yes you can request the TTE to allow you to carry the kids with you.. Most chances they wont disagree and let your kids travel with you

Forgive me for my next question..but i heard that this will more possible if i pay the TT something..is this acceptable practice even now in India? If yes, how much ?? I am really sorry fo rthis question but....i need my kids with me and we need to travel at all costs...
