Single star ADMINS enjoy limited privileges.They are not authorised to edit train info,suspend people or delete posts.However they are IMMUNE to post deletion.
Double star ADMINS enjoy all the powers mentioned above.

Two stars admins if they do any mistake, then they get 1 star as a punishment by the Moderator. Two times they do the mistake, they are made as normal members.
It is a big shame and insult for an admin if he gets demoted such a away but what to do, all have to obey rules.

When a member is elevated to admin level, he is accorded single star. He is permitted to visit the admin forum and interact with other admins and learn the rules and acquaint himself with the functions of admin. After he explicitly gives an undertaking that he will abide by the admin rules to the moderator by a private post he is accorded with two stars and act as an admin with all the privileges
