unless boarding change is mentioned while booking, the ticket should go in GNWL as the availability of origination is taken and even if its boarding is changed after booking the charting should be from the original boarding point and not the changed one...

Originally Bought from Boarding at Gandhidham and then changed to Ahmedabad.
Only this reason comes to mind.

Also the Chart is prepared indicating the Source which belongs to GN Quota is already prepared and chances are that it could belong to Gandhidham GN Quota.

another possibility is if the Gandhdham Quota plus RAC is finished further bookings are accepted on the ADI RLGN Quota

Sir ones i book ticket from mujafarpur to snp in amrpali exp nd changed my BP to lko [as thr was WL from lko bt mfp has some seat ] nd whn i changed my BP from mfp to lko its stil remain in GN bt lko comes in RLGN ,,,
