That's correct. It has KGP-DIGHA same quota. Many telugu people at KGP and Hwh will use it. Also it used as connecting train to TATA at KGP. I agree people travel very to digha.

I wont get popular for people of vizag. For this region people travelling means temples that's the reason we will see mad rush to Tirupati, Shirdi and chennai.
Orissa failed to attract AP tourist even though they have great PURI and Konark temples.
