No Nazeer ji, i experienced this yesterday at PRS counter of KYN....The lady clerk told me that you will have to book two separate tickets, 1 i booked under LD quota and other for me in GN quota.... The lady clerk specifically mentioned that since you have used LD quota i cannot book your ticket (GN quota) with LD quota under same PNR... I have seen few PNR's in the past on our forum where LD was booked along with GN quota....Like this one (e-ticket) - /blog/post/403577 But i could not avail of this facility- My pnr's - /blog/post/405152 /pnr/post/405153 How can one book a combination pnr through irctc? Even i was wondering how can that be booked online :O Did you go through the explanations provided in /blog/post/403577 But we cannot accurately say whether the second passenger would be a lady/child passenger....Though i do not disagree but still there is an element of doubt....One more PNR /pnr/post/372141 One thing is for sure at PRS, LD cannot be booked with GN n a same PNR, in case the GN passenger is a male.... The last confirmed berth was used up by the 1st passenger and hence the 2nd passenger was given place in the running sectorial quota which was GNWL in this case."
