But i could not avail of this facility-

But we cannot accurately say whether the second passenger would be a lady/child passenger....Though i do not disagree but still there is an element of doubt....One more PNR /pnr/post/372141
One thing is for sure at PRS, LD cannot be booked with GN n a same PNR, in case the GN passenger is a male....

explanation by DB Sir stands correct. if there are no berths available in LD quota then the next passenger wanting to avail LD quota will be allotted berth under general quota applicable on that section (may be GNWL/RLGN or any other)

Thanks for checking it out, So be it PRS or IRCTC the LD and GN quota ticket cannot be booked under single PNR.....
